CLEANING
Our expert team uses advanced 3500 psi pressure cleaning techniques to remove dirt, grime, moss, and algae from your roof surface in a damage free professional process.
REPAIRS
A multi-step process is applied to fully repair the roof. This includes tile replacement, Pointing; a flexible material used join ridges and roof tiles, and Roof bedding; the concrete mortar that keeps roofing materials in tact. If required, we are also able to replace damaged valleys and flashing around applicable areas.
PAINTING
Remarkable roof restoration pride ourselves on using high-quality membrane material to coat your roof. Unlike generic paint which produces lower film thickness and protection against weathering, you can be assured your roof is coated in a long lasting colour of your choice with 1 layer of primer and 2 layers of membrane coat.
DRIVEWAY SEALING
Remarkable roof restoration utilise a 3 step process to clean, prepare and seal driveways to a colour of your choice. It starts with a 3500psi pressure clean of the driveway, followed by a hydrochloric acid wash, and 2 layers of Nu-Tech driveway sealer, preventing oxidation from harmful UV sun rays.
